Once your order is placed, no cancellations or changes can be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

2. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver orders within 7 days. In certain cases, delivery may take up to 14 days depending on your location and courier timelines.

Return & Exchange Policy

All our products are genuine, high quality, and match the pictures and descriptions provided.

Exchanges are only accepted in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged during delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a clear, continuous parcel opening video showing the package being unboxed for the first time.

Please contact our WhatsApp support team for exchange assistance.

We do not arrange return pickups.

For approved exchanges, we will reimburse up to ₹80 towards your return shipping cost.
