What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of good quality Sarees, Lehengas, Salwar suits and blouses, all designed with high-quality fabrics.
How do I place an order on your website?
Simply browse our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping details and payment information. After completing the checkout process, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Do you offer customization services for sarees or blouses?
We don't have customization at this moment though we do have Readymade blouses which comes in free size 38" to 42" inches with 2 inches margin either side.
What sizes do your sarees and suits come in?
Usually sarees comes with 5.5M+0.8m Blouse pc
Salwar suits Top, Bottom, Dupatta
2.25 to 2.5 M each
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any modifications once your order has been placed.
What is your Return and Exchange policy?
We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 3 days of receiving your order. For more details, please visit our Returns and Refund Policy page.
How do I track my order?
As of now all tracking related info we provide through WhatsApp only..
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?
Yes, you can request a change to your delivery address or mobile number within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped.
To request a change, contact us by WhatsApp +919003807458 with your order details.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free for All Indian addresses. International shipping process will be done only through our WhatsApp team and they will inform you how much total depends on weight and dimensions.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, WhatsApp +91 9003807458 within 24 hours, along with Opening video of parcel. We’ll review your case and provide a resolution. Without opening video we cant give assurance to accept exchange.
