How to Order ?
1. Check the stock availability of confirmed order Saree, Salwar Suit, Kurti in our whatsapp number 9003807458.
2. Once confirmed availability. We will prompt you back with total amount you’ve to pay.
3. Please pay the amount in mentioned payment options.
4. Once paid please share the payment screenshot and full address. Without payment screenshot we cant process order.
5. Your item will be shipped in next 48 hours or dispatch in certain days mentioned in description of post.
Delivery time ?
Normal DELIVERY time is 7 working days. In case any problems in particular city or with courier company or incase any problem in dispatching the particular product , sometimes it gets delayed. So we can’t commit item to reach client by certain time.

Tracking will be provided in case not delivered in one week time.. so dont ask tracking right away..
If your orders not delivered in 7 working days , pls ask tracking to any of the admins to resolve it. In case if the order was pre booked or dispatch delays, we will inform you the reason for delay.
Return policy ?
There is no return policy neither exchange.. in case product received as damaged then will exchange.
You have to submit package opening video and clear pics within 24 hours from package received.
Lighting & photography ?
For color variation due to photography, thread pulling out, small stains in material cannot be taken back so before booking please check, if u have any query in that.
WORKING HOURS ?
Working from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM. Every query after working hours will be answered in next working hours.
Sunday off day. so all pending inquiries will be answered on next working day.
Shipping Charges ?
Usually we charge Salwars from 80 to 100 first pc. For Sarees always 100 first pc, In rare cases we charge up to 120 due to weight and other things.
Would you provide order details after 20 days?
If you ask after 20 days we won’t be responsible since our team keep the policy of deleting tracking after 20 days. So from now on we don’t entertain order tracking and delivery related information after 20 days. Always encourage to ask tracking details after 1 week from order date and maximum 15 days.
What is the Process of Return?
Package opening video is must for any exchange or return. So please inform your fellow Resellers and Customers regarding that.
Full or open view of product video has to be submitted in order to claim for Exchange or Return.
We had losses in the past so we will not entertain any return or exchange without opening video.
Exchange or return should be informed within 48 hours of delivery time. Otherwise we cant accept.
How you refund ?
Refund only done through either Paytm /Google pay.
If you don’t have both adjust in future orders.
We can’t add payee and send through NEFT. Please cooperate.
For Resellers, we only adjust in next order, we cant refund.
